If you want the primary diamond upgraded, then you can contact our customer care center and provide all necessary details.
For upgrade process, you can return the jewellery item, we will replace the diamond with the upgraded one, and will send you the product again.
The customer needs to pay the difference between the new and old diamonds and the making charges.
