Return & Exchange
✧ We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
✧ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

✧ Since our designs are handcrafted, all returns will incur a 20% restocking fee. If the returned piece requires extensive cleaning or repair (or is in any other condition that prevents resale) we will charge a higher restocking fee, depending on the amount of repair work that’s required.
Damage & Issue
✧ Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
✥ The following items can't be returned or exchange
✧ Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns or exchanges for:
→ Custom or personalised orders
→ Eternity Bands made to order
✧ If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. We need some processing time to make a new piece as mentioned on the product page. You have to contact us within 30 days of receiving the piece. The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per piece.
✧ Please contact us before you send your jewelry back, so we can be sure it arrives safely. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we highly recommend that you insure your package and send it in a traceable courier—we are not responsible for items lost in the mail.
Refund
✧ We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
