We stand behind the quality of every item you purchase from us. If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, and our team confirms that it does, you may choose one of the following options:

i) Receive a full refund once the item is returned to our office and verified.
ii) Have the item repaired or replace at no cost to you.

And that’s not all — your satisfaction remains our priority.

What is Lifetime Warranty?

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us and we’ll guide you through returning it for inspection. After examining the piece, our master jeweler will assess the issue. If we confirm a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

Exceptions:

The following issues are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered under our warranty:

• Discoloration of metal or diamonds caused by chemicals, heat, or prolonged exposure to water.
• Normal wear and tear, including micro-scratches on metal surfaces.
• Broken metal components.
• Stones lost due to bent or damaged prongs by physical.
• Any repairs, alterations, or polishing performed by third-party jewelers.

All repair work will be done at nominal cost if it is not covered under the warranty.

Lifetime Support

If the damage is not covered by our warranty, we’ll offer repair or alteration options at a minimal cost.

Please note: We cannot replace lost center stones. If a stone becomes loose, keep both the stone and the jewelry piece safely stored and notify us immediately. We will repair free of cost.

Our warranty applies only to the original purchaser. We do not offer warranty services or exchanges for items resold to a second party.
