Return

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your jewelry to request a return. To qualify, your item must be in its original condition unworn, unused, with tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy. Each piece is handcrafted, returns jewelry include a 30% restocking fee. If the piece needs significant cleaning or repair upon return, a higher restocking fee may apply based on the work required.

Exchange

If you’d like to exchange your jewelry, we’ll apply the full value of your original purchase toward a new piece of equal or greater value. Since each item is made to order, please allow the processing time mentioned on the product page for your new piece. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. Please note that exchange credit is limited to one exchange per piece and cannot be applied to future purchases.

Before returning your jewelry, please contact us so we can guide you through the process and ensure your piece arrives safely. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable courier service, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Damage & Issue

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will review the issue promptly and make it right.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Made-to-order eternity bands
  • Sale items
  • Items purchased during a sale event
  • Products with any physical damage

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
