Yes, most of our designs can be customized to suit your taste and lifestyle. Yes, you can change the address before item ship from our manufacturing facility by sending a direct message, once the item is shipped out you can't change. We will not be responsible for any loss of parcel that occurs due to a wrong address.

Well, Yes you can cancel your order within 48 hours of your order being placed. If you would like to cancel your order after 48 hours then we will cancel it but at this time 20% of re-stocking accrued as manufacturing costs.

Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s a Emerald Fine Jewelry piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs) we will resize it for free.

If you chose the “Eternity Band” style option for your ring, resizing incurs a $100 fee (as opposed to our standard complimentary service). You will be required to email us to confirm your ring size before we can begin production on your piece.

First: 35% Payment so we will start CAD design process and confirm with you before start manufacturing process. If you need any changes we will do as per your request.
